She's coached small business owners since 1992, when she quit her job as product marketing manager in a Fortune 50 computer firm and started Conway Marketing Associates Inc., serving corporations worldwide.

"I was doing standard marketing consulting, and at the same time professionals who were getting laid off in the tech industry would ask me for advice on starting a consulting business. I got into coaching small business owners almost by accident -- and found that I loved it."

Andrea still coaches small business owners on marketing and self-employment, but she now does it in the context of using the spiritual Law of Attraction for business success.

"I realized that success is much easier to achieve if you understand

the spiritual underpinnings of it and how to use the Law of Attraction to bring success to you -- instead of chasing after it in a frantic or desperate way.

"So many business owners who care about spiritual values love their work but don't enjoy the incomes they deserve. They haven't fully accepted that you can be spiritual and wealthy at the same time. They're often struggling with money. It's not necessary!

"Today my motto is 'Make Big Money at the Business You Love.' I coach my clients on how to do exactly that."

Successful Self Employment was launched on the Internet in early 2002. "In the aftermath of 9/11, I had a sense that our economy would go through turbulent times.

"I work with people to pull triumph out of turbulence by helping them re-connect to their inner power. We are all capable of so much more than we know. It's time we knew. It's time we acted."

Andrea has a masters degree in Human Resources Development and in 2006 became a certified life coach specializing in using the Law of Attraction in business.
